Lyceum Studio's Musical Theatre Competition Troupe is now STAR Troupe (Student Theatre Arts Repertory Troupe)!  

Lyceum Studio's STAR Troupe is a professional student training ground for young theatre artists in grades 6-12. STAR Troupe is a 3-part program that offers flexibility while focusing on theatrical training with a competition troupe component.  

Part I: Fall Workshop Series
led by theatre professionals 

Workshops are scheduled for the following Wednesday nights from 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm.  Register for one or more (bundle and save!):

Part II: Solo Competitions:  January 11th - February 1st

STAR Troupe performers have the opportunity to perform solo material (songs or monologues) for competition.  Private coaching will be offered in winter 2023 to prepare songs and monologues for competition. 

 

Solo Competition package includes:

• 3 private coaching sessions (45 minutes each)

• 1 group session (February 1st)

Competitions:

• Burlington County Teen Arts:  March 15th and 16th (We will only attend one day - TBD)

• Access Broadway: April 28th - 30th (We will be scheduled for one day)

• YES Fest:  May 5th (at Lyceum Hall)

Part III: Musical Theatre Competition Troupe 

The Troupe is an audition-only program directed by Danielle Klaus.  After a fall/winter full of professional training opportunities, you'll be ready to rock the audition and jump into the rehearsal process.  All participants will be cast in one 20-minute musical for competition at Bucks County Student Theatre Festival (BCSTF), plus a performance at Lyceum Hall.
